Refund policy
At Crocheted Fantasy, every piece is a labor of love, whether it’s a one-of-a-kind commission or a treasure from our Seasonal Collections. Because our items are handcrafted specifically for you upon order, we have tailored our policy to reflect the nature of our art.
If your order isn’t what you dreamed of, please email us at support@crochetedfantasy.com and we will make it right.
1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We offer a strict 7-day window from the delivery date to report any issues. Since we do not keep a large inventory of "ready-to-ship" items, we resolve issues through replacements rather than returns.
To initiate a claim, you must provide:
- Order Number & Email Address.
- An Unboxing Video (highly recommended) or clear photos of the defect/damage.
- Photos of the original packaging and shipping label.
Our Resolution: If eligible, we will prioritized a new replacement for you. If a replacement is impossible (e.g., discontinued seasonal materials), a full refund will be issued.
2. Policy for Different Collections
- Custom Commissions (Dioramas): These are 100% personalized. We do not offer refunds or returns for "change of mind" or incorrect selection of details once the crafting process has begun.
- Seasonal & Fixed Collections: While these follow a set design, each item is still handcrafted to order. We do not accept returns for these items, but we fully guarantee a replacement if the item arrives damaged or differs significantly from the advertised design.
3. The Artist’s Touch (Handmade Variance)
Every item is 100% hand-crocheted. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:
- Unique Variance: Please allow for a 10-15% variance in color (due to screen displays) and stitch tension. These minor differences are not defects but proof of authentic craftsmanship.
- Size Accuracy: Please refer to the size descriptions carefully. We do not offer refunds for "wrong size" if the item matches our listed dimensions.
4. Shipping & Cancellations
- Shipping Issues: If tracking hasn't updated for 20 days (US) or 30 days (International), we will resend your order for free.
- Cancellations: You can modify or cancel your order within 02 hours of placement. After this, your order is queued for production and cannot be changed.
5. Non-Eligible Cases
We DO NOT offer refunds or replacements for:
- Items damaged due to improper play, washing, or pet interaction.
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Items purchased during a clearance sale or "Last Chance" promotion.
